You may think “it’s all about me” is selfish. But consider this: Other people benefit from your “me time,” too. Do things that feed you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and you’ll bring greater patience and a more positive attitude to your relationships. You’ll become a better parent, spouse, and a more effective team player at work.

Most people work hard but then do not apply a little time for themselves these are the majority who get sick faster adopt poor eating and exercise habits and do not feel as energized.

We all need some time for ourselves. Take a walk, listen to some great music, watch TV, do an activity you alone enjoy. You matter so take the time to feel good and happier about life and your life goals…
